Sofia gets the option to mail in her broken device or get it fixed locally. She can schedule a pickup or drop it off at one of our 700+ uBreakiFix® by Asurion stores. Either way, our Experts will quickly repair her laptop—sometimes as soon as the same day. If they can’t fix it, they’ll replace it or reimburse her for the current value.
