How to transfer data from an iPhone to a Galaxy device with Samsung Smart Switch

- On the iPhone, tap Settings > [your name] > iCloud. Turn off Contacts and tap Keep on My iPhone.
- On the Galaxy phone, go to Settings > Accounts and backup > Bring data from old device > iPhone/iPad.
Now, you can either connect your iPhone to the Galaxy device with a cable and follow the onscreen directions, or you can transfer data directly from your iCloud account by selecting Get data from iCloud instead.
