- Open the Google Photos app.
- Tap your profile picture or initial in the top-right corner.
- If you see Backup is on, your photos and videos are being backed up to your Google account.
- If not, tap Turn on backup, then choose the account you want to use and follow the prompts.

- Visit photos.google.com on a web browser.
