Troubleshooting your ASUS laptop’s blank screen
Here are a few steps you can try to fix your laptop’s blank screen:
Check the power supply
Start by making sure your laptop's battery is charged. Plug in the charger and wait a few minutes before turning it on. If there are no signs of life, try a different power outlet or charger to rule out a power issue.
Adjust the brightness settings
The screen might be active but set to the lowest brightness. Try increasing the screen brightness using the keyboard shortcuts (often Function keys like F6 or F7). Press Fn + F7 and see if the screen’s brightness increases.
Perform a hard reset
Disconnect the laptop from all power sources, remove the battery if accessible, and hold the power button for 60 seconds to reset the system.
Check external displays
Connect your laptop to an external monitor to determine if the issue lies with the screen or the laptop itself. If the external monitor works, your laptop’s screen may need repair.
Boot in Safe Mode

Inspect for hardware issues
