As you may be aware, UScellular is now officially part of T-Mobile and is making some changes to align with T-Mobile in the future. Effective *January 31, 2026, the Device Protection+ programs listed above will no longer be provided by Asurion. Starting on February 1, 2026, the Device Protection+ programs will be provided by Assurant. Accordingly, the terms and conditions described on this page apply solely to the Device Protection+ programs offered through *January 31, 2026.
*PLEASE NOTE, FOR PRE-PAID CUSTOMERS ONLY, the transition date for the Device Protection+ programs is April 1, 2026. Accordingly, the terms and conditions for pre-paid customers apply through April 1, 2026.
